67 Layers. One Extraordinary Edge.
The Damascus Steel Chef's Knife Set delivers the mesmerising water-ripple pattern and surgical precision of traditional Damascus craftsmanship in a kitchen-ready format. Each blade is forged from 67 layers of AUS10 high-carbon stainless steel and Japanese S430 steel, hardened to 60±2 HRC for exceptional edge retention — sharp enough to glide through delicate herbs and robust enough to break down a full brisket without losing its edge.
The octagonal G10 handle provides a moisture-resistant, ergonomic grip that reduces hand fatigue during extended prep sessions. This is a working knife with the presence of an heirloom piece.
