Griddle on One Side. Grill on the Other. The 20" Electric Ceramic Nonstick Griddle.
Most electric griddles are flat surfaces and nothing else. This one goes further — a third of the 20" cooking surface is sectioned off as a grill, giving you two cooking methods in one appliance. Eggs, pancakes, and bacon on the griddle side; steaks, burgers, and chicken on the grill — at the same time, on the same unit.
1500 watts of heating power, a ceramic nonstick surface that handles everything from delicate eggs to seared proteins, and a removable temperature-control dial that ranges from Keep Warm all the way to 400°F. Clean up is a single drip tray slide-out.
Key Features
- 20" cooking surface (240 sq in) — 12"D × 20"W total; 2/3 flat griddle + 1/3 raised grill section in one unit

- Ceramic nonstick surface — durable, easy food release with minimal oil; suitable for eggs through to seared meats
- Removable temperature-control dial — Keep Warm to 400°F; detaches for easy cleaning and storage
- Cool-touch matte-black handles — stay cool during cooking for safe handling and transfer
- Slide-out drip tray — catches grease and drips; removes in one motion for quick cleanup

How to Use
- Place on a flat, heat-resistant surface and plug in
- Set the temperature dial to your desired heat; allow 3–5 minutes to preheat
- Use the griddle side for flat cooking and the grill side for searing and char marks
- Use the Keep Warm setting to hold cooked food at temperature while you finish other components
- Slide out the drip tray before cooking to catch any grease runoff

- Wipe the cooking surface with a damp cloth or soft sponge — the ceramic coating releases residue easily
