How to Use

Preheat over medium heat before adding oil or liquid. Ideal for pasta, stocks, broths, soups, braises, and slow-cooked sauces. Use the fitted lid during long cooks to retain moisture and concentrate flavour; leave slightly ajar to reduce and intensify. The 24cm depth accommodates full batches with room to stir freely. Care Instructions

Dishwasher safe. For best long-term results, hand wash occasionally with warm soapy water to preserve the polished interior. Avoid steel wool or abrasive cleaners.
